Below is an overview of how to register and setup your utility account on our new web portal. Our enhanced utility billing customer portal is located at this web address: www.albemarlenc.gov/paybill

Click on Sign In/Register located at the top right of the page. From there you will be prompted to a Login Screen.

Please select Register. This will lead you to the next screen to enter your email address, create a password, confirm password, enter your name, and phone number.

After entering your information, click Register. You will receive an activation email sent to the email address you provided. The email will contain a link to click to activate your login credentials. The link will return you to the online services site where you can login with the email address and password you created.

After successfully logging into the portal, you will now have the option to Add An Account.

The information you need to activate your account is:

• Your new account number in this format: XX-XXXXXX-XX
• Last payment amount

This information can be located on your new utility bill.
