The Revenue/Collections Division provides centralized collection services to the city. We accept and record utility payments, public housing rent payments, landfill account payments, and all other revenue that comes to the City.

Convenient Payment Options

Utility payments may be made by credit card online or by phone, or by bank draft. You can also pay your utility bill in person at our office or by suing the Drop Box.
