The Department of Planning & Development Services is tasked with enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance. Violations of the ordinance could include the following: 

• A use of a property that is not expressly permitted in the respective zoning district that is also not a legally non-conforming use.
• A business occurring at a residential property that is not an approved customary home occupation. 
• Construction occurring on a property that has not received an approved coordination form and/or building permit.
