1. Browse to https://store.ci.albemarle.nc.us from your computer or tablet
2. You will see a page saying "Welcome to Citrix Receiver"
   
3. You will see a page showing "User name:" and "Password"
   
4. Choose the "App Store Desktop" icon
   

You should now see your work desktop. Please contact Information Systems if you have any questions. Reminder, you will have needed to complete a Teleworking Agreement with your Department Head before being able to access your Desktop remotely.
