• Water, Sewer, and Electric Utility Services
• Street Maintenance
• Solid Waste Collection and Disposal

Businesses who wish to do business with the City must complete the following documents, where applicable:

• Vendor Letter
• IRS W-9
• Vendor Information Form
• Vendor EFT Registration Form
• Affidavit E - Verify For (Construction Contracts Only)

Competed documents may be submitted three ways:

• MAIL to City of Albemarle, Attn: Purchasing, PO Box 190, Albemarle, NC 28002
• EMAIL to CoA-PurchaseOrders@albemarlenc.gov

Please note that a Purchase Order is required where applicable for Vendor sales to City Departments.
